This universal shoe plate is suitable for New Wave, Adidas (red, silver, blue), Nike, and Schröder rowing shoes. Thanks to the Fits4all system, most brands of shoes fit on this plate.

• The total width of the plate is 20 cm.
• The distance between the middle row of holes and the smallest shoe screw holes is 50 mm.
• In both versions, the distance between the holes in the middle row is 15 mm.
