Oarlocks / Swivels
Oarlocks – the precise pivot between rigger and oar.
Our polymer oarlocks with a metal gate and screw cap deliver a smooth rotation and consistent pitch. They fit the standard pin diameters used by most modern riggers.
Use
Oarlocks define how the oar feels in the stroke — firm enough for control, smooth enough for clean feathering. Suitable for all boat classes in both sculling and sweep.
Adjustment
Oarlock height is tuned with height spacers placed above or below the oarlock. Pitch depends on the pin angle and any inserts. A precise setup keeps blade depth and catch angle consistent.
Compatibility
Compatible with Empacher, Filippi, Martinoli and other standard rigger systems using the usual bolt spacing and pin dimensions.
