Double action rowing seats
Parts for classic double-action seats – for wherries and older rowing boats originally built with this system.
Double-action seats are rarely used in modern racing shells, but wooden wherries and older club boats still rely on them. Eurow therefore supplies the essential components: seat carriers, spacer plates and seat axles in several widths.
Double-action seats move not only on the slides, but also slightly in the longitudinal direction. This system requires specific parts that cannot be used with modern ball bearing seats. In this category you will therefore find only the correct replacement components for double-action systems.
Which parts are available here?
- Seat carriers (seat beams) with integrated hooks – the characteristic beams on which the seat runs.
- Spacer plates – available in different thicknesses to match various axle widths.
- Seat axles – supplied in multiple widths, depending on the track width (the distance between the slides).
- Components from Martinoli and Empacher – suitable for the restoration and maintenance of older boats.
